I got a reconditioned radiator from them... they tried to be helpful but the reality is none of the wholes were in the right position and something that could have been an easy job ended up being a bit difficult as I had to do the wholes so I could put the fan and the braces holding the radiator.
Can't say I am unhappy as these sort of things happen. But if it was me running the business, I would have taken proactive responsibility on the case, as they are selling a reconditioned radiator and not a radiator that you have to finish yourself!

Well if i had got rac/aa to do my inspection and i had found all the problems that were not on it, then they would have paid to put them right. Unfortunatly Keith is very good at not putting things in writing. I would advise anyone talking to him to record the conversation in case work is not done.
